Attaching RedBeam Database to Existing SQL Server

Generally Caused By: Customer wanting to use their existing SQL Server
Level of Complexity: Medium


Step 1. Place the RedBeam CD in the CD drive.
Step 2. Navigate to the CD Drive. Right click and explore the drive to view contents
Step 3. Double Click on the Utilities Folder.
Step 4. Double click on the Seed.exe file




Step 5. Enter your server name \ instance name .
Step 6. Enter Database name (Defaults to Application Database Name)




Step 7. Click RUN



Step 8. Packager will create the database on designated server. If successful click OK, if not proceed to Step 16
