1. Sponsor and Eligibility

The Sponsor and Administrator of this promotion is Mariya Bentz, on behalf of RedBeam, Inc., with a principal place of business at 3325 Paddocks Parkway, Suite 250, Suwanee, GA 30024. 

This Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, and Canada who are 18 years of age or older. 

Participation is limited to: 

(a) employees or representatives of authorized partners of BlueStar, Inc. or ScanSource, Inc.; (b) employees or representatives of BlueStar, Inc. or ScanSource, Inc.; and
(c) employees of Zebra Technologies Corporation and its subsidiaries or affiliates.

Employees of the Sponsor and their immediate family members are not eligible. This promotion is void where prohibited by law. Entries must be submitted using the Entrant’s employer-issued business email address; personal email domains (e.g., gmail.com, yahoo.com, outlook.com) are not eligible.

Employer Consent: It is the sole responsibility of the Entrant to ensure that their participation and the acceptance of any prize is permitted by their employer's policies. The Entrant represents they are in compliance with their employer's rules. The Sponsor assumes no responsibility or liability for any disputes with an Entrant's employer regarding their participation or any prize awarded.

2. Promotion Period and Drawing Schedule

The promotion runs on a continuous basis, with four (4) distinct quarterly drawing periods (each a "Drawing Period").

• Q1 Drawing Period: January 1 – March 31. Drawing on or about April 15.
• Q2 Drawing Period: April 1 – June 30. Drawing on or about July 15.
• Q3 Drawing Period: July 1 – September 30. Drawing on or about October 15.
• Q4 Drawing Period: October 1 – December 31. Drawing on or about January 15.

3. How to Enter and Entry Limit

To receive an entry into the giveaway, you must: 

(1) Watch All About RFID - Episode 1;
(2) Complete and submit the official Quiz form on the Landing Page during an active Drawing Period; and
(3) Have your quiz submission manually reviewed and designated as "Passed" by the Sponsor's internal team. 

All grading and eligibility determinations made by the Sponsor are final and binding in all respects.

ENTRY LIMITATION (LIFETIME): There is a strict limit of one (1) entry per person for the entire duration of the promotion. Once a person has submitted a "Passed" quiz, that entry is valid only for the Drawing Period in which the quiz was submitted. Any subsequent quiz submissions or attempts to enter by that person (regardless of result) will be void and disqualified from future draws.

Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant and to disqualify any individual who tampers with or attempts to undermine the entry process, violates these Official Rules, or acts in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner. Any attempt to interfere with the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may result in disqualification and potential legal action.

4. Prize and Winner Notification

The Grand Prize for each quarterly drawing is one (1) Apple AirPods Max (Approximate Retail Value "ARV": $549 US). The prize is non-transferable, and no cash or other substitution is permitted.

Potential winners will be selected by a random drawing exclusively from the pool of eligible, passed entries submitted within that quarter's Drawing Period.

The potential winner will be notified by email within five (5) days of the drawing. The winner must respond and claim the prize within seven (7) days of notification or the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.

Once a winner is selected, their entry is permanently removed from the pool.

By accepting a prize, the winner grants Sponsor permission to use their name, company name, likeness, and/or statements for promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

As a condition of accepting the prize, the winner also agrees to provide RedBeam with a photo of themselves with the awarded prize for use in promotional materials, social media, or other marketing communications.

5. General Conditions

The winner is solely responsible for any and all federal, state, and local taxes or fees associated with the prize. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or undeliverable entries, or for any technical failures or malfunctions of any kind that may affect participation in or operation of the Sweepstakes. 

By participating, Entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its affiliates from any liability or injury arising from the administration of the Sweepstakes or acceptance/use of the prize.

By participating, the Entrant authorizes RedBeam to send email communications and understands they may unsubscribe at any time. 

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Apple Inc.

6. Governing Law & Disputes

This Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to this promotion shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Georgia.
